Welcome To

Louisville

Louisville has a welcoming downtown and a warm, community-focused vibe. Louisville is located just southeast of Boulder, where many locals work. Its small-town district features trendy eateries and opportunities to get involved with the community, and its proximity to the outdoors makes this a desirable suburb.

Welcome to Vibrant Louisville, Colorado

Consistently ranked as one of the state’s most livable cities, Louisville possesses the sophistication of an urban area and the warmth of a small town. Employers are drawn to Louisville's transportation network, quality workforce, plentiful trails and open space, restaurant and service amenities, and diverse businesses (https://www.louisvilleco.gov/). Just 10 miles from downtown Boulder and 20 miles from the heart of Denver, Louisville is an excellent option for commuters. The thriving housing market is comprised mainly of single-family homes with condos, apartments, and a handful of large estate homes.
